The Emelisse Forest Fruit Iced Stout has barrel aged for a year and a half in Bourbon barrels, what resulted in the tannins providing a light acidity in the nose. Freeze distilled and extracted ensure a very layered Stout. The ingredients used during the brewing process ensure a nice interplay between notes of chocolate, red fruit, vanilla and walnuts.
