Despite Extreme Beers offering only the best rated beers online, it's possible that you don't like the tase of a certain beer. After all, there is no accounting for taste. In this case, you can return the bottles you have left and we will deposit your money back.

If there is something wrong with your order or if you are not satisfied with an item that you ordered, you can return your order to us within 30 days. Before returning your order, please sent an email to info@extreme-beers.com, stating your invoice number and the reason for return.

We can process your return as soon as possible. In the case of a damage or complaint, we ask you for a clear picture, so that the damage or complaint can be resolved quickly.

When returning items, we apply the following rules:

  • unopened bottles should not be damaged in any way.
  • bottles should bear the original labels.
  • the cost of a return shipment are the responsibility of the customer (except if it is an error on our part, such as a wrong bottle supplied, the return cost is of course on us)

Return shipments are at the risk of the buyer. This means that Extreme Beers is not responsible for damage or loss of returned items. Ask at the shipping point always for a track and trace number and keep it safe.

The parcel will be verified immediately upon receipt of your return and the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible.
