The delivery time of our products is usually 1-2 business days (NL). Our packages are provided by PostNL or by another carrier on Tuesday to Saturday.
When you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be delivered on Tuesday. 99% of our orders will be delivered in time. Unfortunately, the possibility of delay is possible by unexpected circumstances.
Once your order is sent by us, you will receive a track & trace code so you can follow your shipment.
Product is not in stock
It is almost not possible that a product is not in stock. This only occurs when there are multiple orders of the same item at the same time. In that case, we will contact you about the expected delivery time.
Extreme Beers uses delivery and packaging costs in the Netherlands of € 6.95, regardless of the weight. The costs of your order are displayed in the shopping cart before you finally place your order.
all our orders are "vandalism proof" packed so the chance of a defect in transit is minimal. If there is a bottle broke down during transport, what you can see on a wet packaging, report it immediately to the delivery service at your door. A broken bottle will be replaced (refund)by us. Because of environmental reasons we try to reuse, as much as possible, boxes and packaging materials. Our packages will be filled up for safe shipping with 100% recycled paper.
Not at home
if your order is delivered at a time when you are not present, the package will be offered to you the next day. If you are not present the next delivery day, then you can pick it up at a collection point nearby.
