Your privacy is of great importance to Extreme Beers. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do with the webshop www.extreme-beers.com with information that we learn about you.

Handling your order
When you place an order with us, we use your personal data to be able to handle it properly. We may then give your personal details to our delivery service to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from your bank or credit card company.
For this we use your payment details, date of birth, name and address, gender, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years after that (that is the legal storage obligation).

Access portal
With our portal you get access to a management environment where you can set, specify and change things for the webshop yourself. We keep track of what you did and when.
For this we use your name and address details, payment details, billing address, IP address, telephone number, date of birth, e-mail address and gender. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until the end of the service to you.
Statistics and profiling
We keep statistics on the use of our webshop. With these statistics, we improve our webshop to, for example, only show relevant information. We can combine your personal data with you to learn more about you. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always report this to us.
For this we use your e-mail address, IP address, name and address, date of birth and gender. We do this on the basis of your consent.
Your account
At certain parts of our webshop you have to register first. You must then enter information about yourself and choose a username. With this we create an account, on which you can log in with that username and a password of your choice.

For this service we use the navigation and location software on your phone, tablet or computer. We have no control over what the creators of this software (such as Google Maps) do with it. Always read their privacy statements.
Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we will not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require this if there is a suspicion of a crime/p>
Social media buttons are included in our webshop. With this, the administrators of these services collect your personal data.
Cookies
Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not have to enter it all the time. But we can also see that you are visiting us again.
When you visit our webshop for the first time, we present a notification with an explanation about cookies. Hereby we will ask for your agreement for the use of these cookies.
You can disable the placing of cookies via your browser, but some things from our webshop will not work properly anymore.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our webshop. We have signed a processor agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what they can keep up with. We allow Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We do not let Google anonymize the IP addresses.
