Nevel Bast - 75 cl

Nevel Bast is a bushy, mossy, woody beer with birch bark, tops of spruce tree and pine shoots and blackthorn branches with blossom. Dark, softly sour, a little bit liquorice, lots of nature. The long wood maturation of 11 months gives warm, rich flavors and a nice layering to the beer. The earthy aftertaste lingers for a long time. Bast is a collab with Roald Sooijs.
