3 Fonteinen Hommage  is made by the macaration of handpicked raspberries (850 grams per liter) and cherries (150 grams per liter) on young traditional lambic, for at least 4 months. Then the fruit lambic is assembled with young lambic before botteling. The fermentation continues in the bottle. Hommage has an intense forest fruit bouquet and will evolve even more in the glass.
Natural fruit, without the addition of juices, syrups or sugars. Unfiltered and unpasteurised.
